Resolved Webhook delivery delayed for 41 minutes 12 Aug 2026 · 41m

A queue consumer failed to restart after a routine deploy, so webhooks queued rather than sending. No events were lost — all 8,412 queued deliveries were sent once the consumer recovered. We now fail a deploy if consumer health does not return within two minutes.

Our storage provider reported degraded throughput in the region. Reads succeeded but averaged 900 ms instead of 60 ms, and large downloads were slow. Writes were unaffected. Workspaces pinned to other regions saw no impact.

Maintenance Search index rebuild, eu-central-1 03 Aug 2026 · 55m

A planned reindex to add content search for spreadsheets. Search returned partial results during the window; files, sharing and the audit trail were untouched. Announced six days ahead by email and webhook.

Resolved Console sign-in failures for SAML users 27 Jul 2026 · 18m

A certificate rotation on our side invalidated in-flight SAML assertions, so some users saw a failed sign-in and had to retry. Sessions already open were unaffected. Rotations now overlap by 24 hours.

Resolved Thumbnail generation backlog 19 Jul 2026 · 3h 12m

A large bulk upload saturated the preview workers, so newly uploaded images showed a placeholder until their thumbnail caught up. Files themselves opened and downloaded normally throughout.

Uptime is measured per component over a rolling 90-day window from our own external probes, and excludes announced maintenance windows.

Object storage state reflects the storage tier in each region as reported by our provider; Virox operates the metadata, index, sharing and audit layers above it.
